Matcao is looking for a front-end developer to drive user experience innovations for our projects. You will be responsible for defining the architectural strategy for front-end technologies and put design from PSD-files into live using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.

You are an innovative developer, thinking out of the box, know the latest trends and love to create and build things people will be amazed by and talk about. You have a spectacular eye for details and have to be a perfectionist when it comes to your work.

You will be working closely with our graphic, concept and UI designer.

Salary Negotiable.

Working language English.

Your strongest points HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Education Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience.

You will report to The project manager/front-end team leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS and JavaScript.
• Fluency in English: excellent oral and written skills.
• Experience with CSS frameworks.
• Experience in taking a Photoshop mock up and turning it into semantic HTML/CSS.
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and browser testing.
• Experience in developing responsive web applications.
• Comfortable with source version control.
• Well-versed in fundamental visual and interactive design discipline.
• Competence in JavaScript programming and the ability to accomplish innovative interactions.
• Knowledge of the interplay between JavaScript and HTML/CSS and the ability to create, modify, and style elements with ease.
• Experience in developing and customizing WordPress themes.
• Familiarity with TypeScript is a great advantage and would be preferable considered.
